Kuragayala Pulagam


Ingredients:

1.Rice 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Carrot
4.Cauliflower
5.Beans
6.Curryleaves
7.Ghee
8.Onion chopped
9.Green chillies
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Cumin seeds
13.Pepper powder



Preparation:

1.In aPot cook rice,moong dal by adding pinch of turmeric powder and salt.
2.Take a pot pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add cumin seeds, some curry leaves cauliflower,beans, carrot 1 cup all vegetables in equal quantity, fry for few minutes.
4.Add green chillies,mix well.
5.Add green peas 1/2 cup and give it a good mix. Now add cooked dal, rice into fried mixture and give it a fine blend.
6.Add 1 tbsp ghee, add some pepper powder. relocate into a bowl, Serve hot.
