Coconut Pulihora


Ingredients:

1.Coconut grated 1 cup
2.Rice 1/4 kilo
3.Peanuts 4 tbsp
4.Green chillies 6
5.Dried red chillies 4
6.Ginger pieces 1tsp
7.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
8.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Chana dal 2 tbsp
11.Curry leaves
12.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves
14.Oil 4 tbsp
15.pinch of hing
16.2tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pot, add hing add tempering seeds, ,dried red chillies,peanuts,chana dal,curry leaves,coriander,gingrer pieces green chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add,turmeric, coconut grated ,salt and mix well, lastly add cooked rice to the pot and mix well equally, coat well the rice.
3. scatter some pepper powder and switch off the flame,add lemon juice garnish with coriander leaves, serve up hot.
