Crispy
Noodle Rice
Ingredients:
1.Noodles
fried 1 cup
2.Rice
boiled 1 cup
3.Oil 2
tbsp
4.Garlic
crushed 2-3
5.French
beans finely chopped 6-8
6.Carrot
grated 2 medium
7.Green
peas boiled 1/2 cup
8.Red
chilli paste 1 tbsp
9.Green
capsicum finely chopped 1 medium
10.Salt to
taste
11.Vinegar
1 tbsp
12.Spring
onion greens 3 stalks
Preparation:
1.Heat
sufficient oil in wok and deep fry boiled noodles till crisp,drain onto a
absorbent paper and remove excess oil.
2.Take a
pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
3.Add
crushed garlic cloves and saute,when it changes colour add 6-8 finely chopped
beans and grate carrot, fry for a little.
4.Add 1/2
cup green peas,red chilli paste 1 tbsp,capsicum finely chopped.Mix well and
fry.
5.Add 1 cup
boiled rice and mix well with 2 spoons,crush fried noodles and add.
6.Add vinegar,spring
onions greens and saute,cook for a minute.Serve hot immediately.
