Ingredients:
1.Chicken
2.Rice
3.Oil
4.Onions
5.Salt to
taste
6.Ginger
garlic paste
7.Turmeric
powder
8.Pudina
9.Coriander
leaves
10.Coriander
powder
11.Red
chilli powder
12.Garam
masala powder
13.Curd
14.Green
chilly slices
15.Whole
garam masala
16.Star
anise
17.Bay leaf
18.Lemon

Preparation:
1.Take a
pan pour some oil and heat it,add onions,salt and saute till light golden
colour.
2.Add
ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and saute for couple of minutes.
3.Add
pudina,coriander leaves,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix it well.
4.Finally
add chicken,garam masala powder and mix well,Cook for around 4-5 minutes on
slow flame.
5.After
done add curd,green chillies,some water and give it a mix,cover and cook for
another few minutes till done.
6.Meanwhile
prepare biryani masala,blend star anise,cinnamon,black
cloves,cardamoms,shajeera into a smooth powder.
7.Take a
pan pour some oil and heat it,add bay leaves,onions,salt and saute for few
minutes till light brown colour.
8.Add
ground masala powder and saute,add pudina,coriander leaves,green chillies,curd
and mix well.
9.Add 4
cups of water and bring it to boil,add soaked rice to the boiling water and cook.
10.Cook
till all water is absorbed by rice,cover and cook on slow flame till
done.Transfer rice into a plate and cover it with chicken curry. serve up warm.
