Corn Pulao
Ingredients:
1.Basmati
rice 1 1/2 cup soaked
2.Sweet
corn 1 1/2 cup
3.Oil 1 1
/2 Tbsp
4.Cumin
seeds 1 tbsp
5.1 Bay
leaf
6.Cloves 2 no.
7.Pepper
corns 5-6
8.Green
cardamom
9.Cinnamon
stick
10.Ginger
finely chopped
11.garlic
cloves finely chopped
12.Capsicum
cut in cubes
13.Lemon
juice 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a
pan pour some oil.Heat it.
2.Add cumin
seeds,bay leaf,garlic cloves,pepper corns,green cardamom,cinnamon,mace.Saute
for few seconds.
3.Add
ginger-garlic and green chillies.present it a stir.
4.Add sweet
corn, capsicum, and keep on cooking for few min.
5.Drain the
water add the rice to the mixture,provide it a good mix.
6.Add 3
cups of water,salt to the mixture. pass it to a boil.
7.softly
stir the rice,when the rice completely absorbs the water add lemon juice.
8.Cover and
cook for few minutes until rice is completely cooked.dish up hot..!!
