Coconut
Milk Pulao
Ingredients:
1.Coconut
grated 1 cup
2.Rice 2
cups
3.Coconut
milk 2 cups
4.Potato1
diced
5.Onion
chopped 1
6.Carrot 1
chopped
7.Green
chillies 4
8.Ginger
garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Whole
garam masala
10.Coriander
leaves
11.Cashew
nut 10 grams
12.Salt to
taste
13.Oil 2
tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a
pan pour some oil and heat it,add cashew nuts,ginger garlic paste,whole garam
masala and saute for few minutes.
2.Add
potato,carrot and fry for few minutes.Add in onions and saute till onions are
translucent.
3.Add green
chillies,rice and fry for another few minutes.Now add coconut milk to the
frying pan and mix well.Cover and cook till rice is done.
4.Gently
turn the rice and transfer into a bowl and garnish with coconut grated and
serve hot
