Coconut Milk Masala Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Rice
2.Potatoes
3.Tomatoes
4.Coriander leaves
5.Pudina
6.Cumin seeds
7.Cloves
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Lemon juice
12.Curd
13.Cinnamon stick
14.Dry coconut powder
15.Gasagasalu
16.Ghee
17.Oil
18.Green chillies
19.Onions
20.Coconut milk
21.Carrot
22.Beans

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add potato pieces,tomatoes,pudina,coriander leaves,curry leaves,gasagasalu,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,onions,coconut powder (cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,shajeera) carrot,beans,curd,salt,lemon juice and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Keep aside the mixture for few minutes.
3.Take a deep pan,spread the veggies into a layer on top spread par boiled rice,again repeat the same process by layering curry mixture.
4.Drizzle some ghee,oil,coconut milk all around the rice.Now place the pan on stove and cook for 15 min by covering a lid.
5.Once done transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
