Coriander
& Chilli Rice
Ingredients:
1.Rice
boiled 2 cups
2.Spring
onions chopped 2
3.Coriander
leaves 1/2 cup
4.Green
chillies 2-3
5.Garlic
chopped 1 tbsp
6.Red
chilli sauce 1 tbsp
7.Soya
sauce 2 tbsp
8.Salt to
taste
9.Oil 2
tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a
pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add
garlic chopped 1 tbsp and saute till brown.
3.Add 3-4
red chillies and 2-3 green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
4.Add 2
chopped spring onions and 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves.
5.Mix well
and saute for 2-3 minutes.
6.Add salt,
2 cups boiled rice, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce,soya sauce 2 tbsp and mix well
evenly.
7.Cook for
another 2-3 minutes on medium flame.Serve hot. Coriander Rice
