Chinthakaya Mixed Vegetable Bath

Ingredients:

1.Chinthakayalu
2.Carrot
3.Potatoes
4.Peanuts
5.Drumsticks
6.Toor dal
7.Urad dal
8.Chana dal
9.Dondakayalu
10.Green chillies
11.Cloves
12.Cinnamon
13.Red chillies
14.Ghee
15.Coriander seeds
16.Dry coconut powder
17.Salt to taste
18.Turmeric powder
19.Curry leaves
20.Ghee
21.Marathi mogga
22.Mustard seeds

Preparation:

1.Melt some ghee in a pan,add chan dal,urad dal,coriander seeds,red chillies,cloves,cinnamon,marathi mogga and fry for few minute.
2.Switch off the flame and add rest aside the mixture to cool down and blend into a fine powder.
3.Heat some ghee in a pressure pan,add mustard,curry leaves,carrot, chopped dondakayalu, drumsticks,potatoes,green chillies,peanuts and fry for few minutes.
4.Add ground powder, coconut powder salt, turmeric powder, chinthakaya pulp  mix well.Now add boiled and cooked toor dal and give it a mix.
5.Add soaked rice to the pan and mix well evenly.Add some required water to cook
6.Cook for 2 whistles, handover into a bowl and serve hot.
