Ingredients:

Peas
3.Potatoes
4.Carrot
5.Green
chillies
6.Salt
7.Ghee
8.Roasted
garam Masala powder
9.Rice
10.Ginger
garlic paste
Preparation:
1.Heat some
Ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts, onions fry golden brown sea green chilies,
curry leaves and fry for a few minutes.
2. Add
carrot, green peas and fry for a minutes, now add potatoes, and mix well.
3.Add
ginger garlic paste, chintha chiguru and blend well .Add soaked rice and give
it a mix.
4. Add
water as essential, bring it to boil. Add masala powder, salt and mix well.Cover
and cook till rice is coocked.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
