Chintakaya Pulihora

Ingredients:

1.Rice 1 cup
2.Chinthakayalu 6
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Dried red chillies 2
5.Green chillies 2
6.Curry leaves
7. Inguva
8.Turmeric powder
9.Sesame seeds powder 2 tbsp
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Chopped garlic 1tsp
12.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some gingle oil and heat it, add pinch of inguva  add dried red chillies,tempering seeds and fry for few seconds.
2.Add  chopped garlic green chillies, curry leaves, pinch of turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Add tamarind paste 1 cup and mix it well, take it to boil.
3.Add cooked rice, sesame seeds powder and mix well evenly. shift into a plate and serve
