Chick Pea
and Mint Rice
Ingredients:
1.Kabuli
chana boiled
2.Pudina
3.Brown
rice
4.Oil
5.Garlic
chopped
6.Onions
7.Bay leaf
8.Boiled
Mixed Vegetables 1 cup
9.Salt to
taste
10.Green
chilli paste
11.Lemon
juice
Preparation:
1. Heat
some oil in a nonstick pan, add , onions fry golden brown add chopped
garlic bay leaf and saute
2.Add
soaked brown rice, kabuli chana, mixed vegitables, salt and mix well.
Cook on middle flame for 4-5- minutes.
3.Add green
chilli paste, mint leaves mix well, finaly added lemon juice and cook for
a minute. Serve hot with curd.
