Veg Honey PaneerSalad( Rich Protens)
Preparation:
1.Carrot cut into pieces 1/2 cup
2.Cucumber chopped1/2 cup
3.Tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
4.Paneer grated 1/2 cup
5.Ginger juice 1 tbsp
6.Honey 2 tbsp
7.Salt (if necessary add saindava lavanam)
8.Pudina leaves
Preparation:
1.Take a glass bowl add ginger juice 1 tbsp,
2.Add paneer grated,carrot,cucumber,tomatoes and toss well.
