How to prepare Kitchen cough supplement
Ingredients
Mustard seeds 100gr
Jaggery 100gr
Preparation
Take mud pan lightly fry mustard seeds.
Grind them into smooth powder.
Take mud pan add jaggery little water.
Make them smooth pakam.
Add mustered powder.
Stir well still smooth paste.
Switch of flame.
Cool down and make them small balls.
Daily take 2 balls early morning and evening.
Within 3days relief from cough.
