How to prepare piles removal juice with haritaki

Ingredients:

1.       Kara kaya powder(haritaki) 1/2tsp

2.       Lavangam 1/4tsp

3.       Cow ghee 1tsp

Preparation

1.       Take pot pour water.

2.       Add Kara kaya powder (haritaki).

3.       Add Lavangam powder.

4.       Bring it boil.

5.       Switch off the flame.

6.       Add honey.

7.       Drink warmly early in the morning.
