How to improve breast milk

Ingredients:

1.       Australian asthma weed flowers 10

2         Cow milk 1 cup

Preparation:

1.       Wash and clean Australian asthma weed flowers.

2.       Grind them into paste.

3.       Mix in Boiled cow milk.

4.       Drink.
