How to decrease blood sugar with dondakayalu

Pepper powder ½ spoon
3.
Donda kaya
4.
Salt (saindava lava am)
Preparation:
1.
Wash and cut Donda kaya.
2.
Take a mud pan add jingle oil.
3.
Add catted Donda kaya.
4.
Sprinkle salt.
5.
Spread pepper.
6.
Fry few minutes switch of the
flame.
7.
Eat with rice or roti.
