Ingredients

1.       Tulsa leaves 5
2.       Tamalapaku 2
3.       Lavanga 2
4.       Pepper4
5.       salt

Preparation

1.       Take a pot add  2glasses of water.
2.       Wash tamalapaku cut into pieceses.
3.       Add into water
4.       Wash tulasi leaves add in water.
5.       Add crushed lavangam pepper.
6.       Boil till to water remains half.
7.       Filter the juice.
8.       Add salt.
9.       Drink it warmly.
