Preparation
1.
Take velagapandu break it and
take out pulp.
2.
Take a pot pour 2 glasses of
water add Velagapandu(wood apple)pulp.
3.
Boil in small flame,add Jaggery,
Pippallu,pepper.
4.
Switch of the stove filter the
juice.
5.
Take preferably early in the
morning.
