Mentis leaves soup as Preventive medicine

 

Ingradients:

1.       Mentis leaves 1 cup
2.       Gingle oil1 tbsp
3.       Garlic cloves 2
4.       Jeera ½ tsp
5.       Pinch of pepper
6.       Pinch of salt

Preparation:


1.       Take a mud pan pour gingle oil in low flame fry jeera.
2.       Add garlic clove pieceses, then add menti leaves.
3.       Fry till to cook the menti leaves.
4.       Add water as required.
5.       Add pepper, salt.
6.       Boil few minutes .
7.       Switch off the flame.
8.       Transfer the soup in soup bowl.
