Cleaning Of Kidneys Using Vammaku

Ingredients:

1.       Vammaku 2or3

2.       Sombu 1 tbsp

3.       Sugar candy1tsp

Preparation:

1.       Take  a pot add glass of water add sombulightly crushed, sugar candy ,vammaku peces.

2.       Boil few minutes.

3.       Filter the juice .

4.       Drink it warmly.
