Saindavalavanam25gr
Preparation:
1.
Take Karakkayalu detach seeds.
2.
Take a pot evenly fry Sonti ,Karakkayapieces.
3.
Grind them into smooth powder
add saindavalavanam.
4.
Store in a glass bowl.
5.
Take 5gr before food.
6.
Daily two times.
