Calcium deficiency gone use drumstick leaves
Ingradients
1.Drumstick leaves 3 cups
2. Gingle oil 2 tbsp
3.Jeera ½ tsp
4. Mustered seeds 1/4vtsp
5.Chanadal 1tbsp
6. Moong dal 1tbsp
7. Garlic cloves
8. Dry red chilli 2
Procedure
1. Take
a mud pan add gingle oil heat them add jeera mustered seeds chana dal moong dal
fry few seconds
2. Add garlic red chillies fry few seconds
3. Add
washed drumstick leaves spread pinch of salt.
4. Fry
few minutes switch of the flame.
5. Serve
with roti or snack
