1. Custard apple seeds 1cup
2. Coconut oil or Gingle oil  2 cups

Preparation:

1. Take custared apple seeds break and open seeds and take out pappu.
2. Collect puppu and grind them into powder.
3. Mix these powder into oil.
4. Apply these oil to the skull.
