Dosaginjala Karam
Ingredients:
1.Dosaginjalu
2.Garlic cloves
3.Chana dal
4.Gasagasalu
5.Curry leaves
6.Dry red chillies
7.Saindavalavanam(rock salt) to taste
8.Urad dal
Preparation:
1.Dry roast 1/2 cup dosaginjalu for few minutes till they change in light brown colour.
2.In the same mud pan dry roast urad dal ,pinch of hing 1 tbsp chana dal,1 tbsp for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
3.Dry roast gasagasalu 2 tbsp for few seconds.
4.Dry roast curry leaves,dry red chillies 5-6 for few minutes.Keep to the side.
5.Grind all the ingredients with saindavalavanam(rock salt),garlic cloves into rough powder.Serve hot with rice add some ghee.
