Dosaginjala Karam Improves calcium level
Ingredients:
1.Dosaginjalu
2.Garlic cloves
3.Chana dal
4.Gasagasalu
5.Curry leaves
6.Dry red chillies
7.Saindavalavanam(rock salt) to taste
8.Urad dal
Preparation:
1.Dry roast 1/2 cup dosaginjalu for few minutes till they change in light brown colour.
2.In the same mud pan dry roast 1 tbsp urad dal ,1 tbsp chana dal, for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
3.Dry roast gasagasalu 2 tbsp for few minutes, stay away.
4.Dry roast curry leaves,dry red chillies 5-6 for few minutes. Side away.
5.Grind all the ingredients with saindavalavanam(rock salt),garlic cloves into a lightly rough powder. Serve hot with rice & ghee.
