Curry (koora karam)
Ingredients:
1.Coriander seeds
2.Cumin seeds
3.Curry leaves
4.Pepper corns
5.Bay leaf
6.Cinnamon stick
7.Dried red chillies
8.Cloves
9.Mustard seeds
10.Turmeric powder
11.Cardamoms
Preparation:
1.Take a mud pan dry roast all the ingredients except turmeric powder,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
2.After 10 minutes add cumin,mustard seeds and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
3.After done add curry leaves for another 1-2 minutes till leaves are crisp.Switch off the stove.
4.Add fried onions,garlic flakes fried,turmeric powder and blend into a smooth powder.
