Thandai - A Nut and Spice Drink



Ingredients:

1.Milk(preferably cow milk)
2.Saffron
3.Jaggery
4.Cashewnuts
5.Pistachios
6.Badam
7.Poppy seeds
8.Cardamom powder
9.Cinnamon powder
10.Pepper corns


Preparation:


1.Blend cashew nuts, badam ,pistachios, pepper corns ,poppy seeds, cardamom powder ,cinnamon powder ,milk and blend well into a  thick paste.
2.Transfer paste into a bowl,Heat 1 liter milk in  pot,add few saffron strands,jaggery.
3.Stir well untill jaggery dissolves,add ground paste to milk and mix well evenly.Remove from heat and cool down the mixture.
