Paneer Mushroom Biryani
Ingredients:
1.Basmati rice 2 cups soaked and boiled 80% done
2.Paneer 1 cup
3.Mushrooms 2 cups
4.Onion 1 big sliced
5.Tomato puree 1 no.
6.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Mint leaves 1/4 cup
10.Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
11.Whole garam masala
12.Ghee 2 tbsp
13.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
14.Fried onions
15.Biryani masala 2 tbsp
16.Saffron strands
17.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
18.Green chillies 2 chopped
Preparation:
1.Take a glass bowl add in red chilli powder, salt ,ginger garlic paste ,lemon juice and mix well.
2.Add paneer, mushrooms to this combination and coat well.
3.Add mint leaves ,coriander leaves to the marination and mix well.
4.cover up and marinade the mixture for 45 minutes.
5.Take a pot pour some oil and heat it.
6.Add cumin seeds,onion sliced fry till to golden brown color.
7.Add garlic ginger paste and mix well till raw aroma goes off.
8.Add red chilli powder, coriander powderand mix well.Fry for 2 minutes.
9.Add tomato puree and saute,cover and cook for few minutes.Now add marinated mushrooms and paneer.
10.Add 1 cup water,cover and cook for few minutes.
11. Now add cooked rice add saffron water some biryani masala and cook for few minutes. serve up hot.
