Ingredients:
1.Rice 1 cup
2.Panasapottu 1 cup boil with turmeric and salt
3.Peanuts 1/2 cup
4.Cashew nuts
5.Tamarind pulp as required
6.Mustard powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Green chillies 3
10.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Dried red chillies 2
12.Hing a pinch
13.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
14.Oil 2 tbsp
15.Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour some oil and heat it, pinch of hing fry peanuts and cashew nut for few minutes and keep away.
2.In the same pot add tempering seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, dried red chillies and fry few minutes.
3.Add turmeric powder salt,panasapottu tamarind pulp,and mix well fry few minutes. Add sufficient water, and give it a good stir.Cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Add,cooked rice and give it a good stir, sprinkle some salt and mix well. relocate into a bowl and decorate with cashew nuts and. serve up hot.
