Masala Rice
Ingredients:
1.Cooked rice 3 cups
2.Oil 1 tbsp
3.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
4.Asafoetida 1/8 tbsp
5.Peanuts 3 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies to taste
8.Channa masala 2 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds and allow them to pop up.
3.Add asafoetida, and some peanuts and mix well.
4.Cook till peanuts change into brown colour add turmeric powder.
5.Meanwhile cook rice in another pot
6.Add,salt, chana masala powder to rice and mix well upside down.
7. Add in Curry Leaves and finely chopped Green Chillies.
8.instantaneously after that, add in the spiced Rice.
9. Toss and mix well and allocate the Rice to heat, decorate with coriander leaves and serve up hot
