Karivaypaaku Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1.Curry leaves fried in empty pot lightly grinded into powder 1 cup
2.Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
3.Beans boiled 3 tbsp
4.Green peas boiled 3 tbsp
5.Green chillies
6.Cashewnuts fried in ghee
7.Ginger garlic pieces
8.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Soya sauce
10.Salt to taste
11.Basmati Rice
12.Potatoes boiled 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pot, pour some ghee Heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,green peas,beans,potatoes boiled, Mix well and fry them till they become tender.
3.Add green chillies,curry leaves,curry leaves powder. fry the mixtur foe few min.
4.Add ginger garlic pieces, roasted garam masala powder,. provide a good mix.
5.Add1 tbsp salt and soya sauce to this mixture.Give it a good mix.
6.Finally add cooked basamti rice.
7.Cook for few min on average flame.And serve up hot.
