Green leafy vegetable  Soup 


Ingredients
:


1.Spinach
2.Fenugreek leaves
3.Thotakoora
4.Pudina
5.Coriander leaves
6.Corn flour
7. Ghee
8.Green chillies
9.Garlic
10.Ginger
11.Pepper powder
12.Salt(if necessary add saindava lavanam)




Preparation
:


1.Heat some ghee in a pot,add fenugreek leaves and fry
2.Now add thotakoora, coriander leaves, pudina,spinach and cook for few minutes.
3.Add water as essential, bring it to heat for few minutes.
4.Now blend  some green chillies,ginger,garlic cloves into a fine paste.
5.Transfer mixture into a pot,add some water as sufficient and bring it to heat for few minutes.
6.Liquefy corn flour in water and mix well with no  lumps.Add corn flour mixture to frying pot.
7.Boil for 5-10 minutes on low flame add pepper powder.
8.Transfer into a serving bowl and Serve hot.
