Capsicum Rice
Ingredients:
1.Capsicum
cut into thin slices 1
2.Butter 3
tbsp
3.Basmati
rice 1 cup
4.Mustard
seeds 1/2 tbsp
5.Cumin
seeds 1/2 tbsp
6.Dried red
chillies 2
7.Curry
leaves
8.Salt to
taste
9.Pepper
powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Garlic
chopped 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a
pan add butter and liquefy it, cumin,mustard seeds and fry for few minutes till
they start stuttering.
2 add
garlic and fry for few seconds.
3.Add dried
red chillies 3,curry leaves,capsicum and mix well,fry for few seconds.
4.Add
cooked basmati rice to the frying pan and give it a good mix,add pepper
powder,salt and stirring fry for another few seconds.
5.
Transmission into a bowl and serve hot.
