Varalaxmi vratha special Aava Pulihora Andhra special
Ingredients:
1.Basmati Rice cooked 1/4kg
2.Mustard powder
3.Dry red chillies 2,green chillies2
4.Mustard seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Peanuts 1 tbsp
7.healthyOil 2 tbsp
8.Curry leaves
9.Tamarind pulp 4tbsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
12.Turmeric powder 1/3 tbsp
13. inguva. [Asaf œtida]1/4 tsp
Preparation:
1.
Take a pan pour 2tbsphealthyoil, heat it.

Add inguva
3.
Add dry
red chilies, tempering seeds, peanuts and fry greenchillies.
4.
Add
turmeric powder, curry leaves, tamarind
pulp and boil it for few minutes till it attains thick reliability. Off the
stove.
5.
Keep rousing, add salt, mustard powder 1 tbsp and mix well.
Add preboiled rice to the fried mixture and mix
well. Relocation into a bowl
