Kidney Bean Soup
Ingredients:
1.Rajma 1 cup boiled
2.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
3.Bay leaf 1
4.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste
5.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
6.Butter 1 tbsp
7.Fresh cream
Preparation:
1.Heat some butter,add bay leaf,garlic chopped and saute for a minute,add some sufficient water as required for soup consistency and bring it to bcow ghee.
2.Add rajma paste and mix well,boiled for few minutes..
3.Now transfer into a serving bowl,add saindava lavanam(rock salt),pepper powder and mix well.
4.Finally garnish by fresh cream and serve hot.
