Ingredients:

1.Tomato paste without seeds
2.Cucumber paste without seeds
3.Garlic cloves finely chopped
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Sufficient water
6.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
7.Saindava lavanam(rock salt) to taste


Preparation:

1.Take a mud pan,add some butter,heat it.
2.Add bay leaf, garlic cloves,tomato paste,cucumber paste.
3.Now saute this mixture for few min,add sufficient water for soup quantity.
4.Bring to aboil ,take a small bowl add corn flour 1 tbsp,normal water and make a thick paste without forming any lumps.
5.Add this corn flour paste to the mixture and saute for few min.
6.Add pepper powder ,saindava lavanam(rock salt),.Bring it to a thick consistency.
7.Serve in a soup bowl.
