Paneer Dry Fruit Rice
Ingredients:
1.Basmati rice 1 cup
2.Paneer pieces 1/2 cup
3.Dry fruits 1/2 cup
4.Green chillies 3
5.Shajeera 1/2 tbsp
6.Curd 1/4 cup
7.Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Ghee 2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves
Preparation:
1.Take a pot add some ghee and melt it,add shajeera,dry fruits and saute.
2.Add panee,green chillies r,curd and saute for a minute.
3.Add dry mango powder and salt to taste mix well.
4.Finally add cooked rice and mix well equally. Cook for sometime and relocate into a bowl and decorate with coriander .serve up hot.
