Panasakaya Pulav


Ingredients:

1.Panasakaya
2.Whole garam masala
3.Tomatoes
4.Oil
5.Ghee
6.Onion chopped
7.Cashew nuts
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Red chilli powder
14.Curd
15.Cumin powder
16.Coriander leaves
17.Pudina
18.Rice soaked

Preparation:

1.Take a pot and add some ghee and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala,onion sliced 1 cup, cashew nuts and sauté few minutes.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and blend well, add fresh green chillies, some water and boil.
4.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and cook till soft and pulpy.
5.Add turmeric powder,salt to taste,panasakaya pieces 1 cup,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,curd 1 cup and mix well all the ingredients.
6.Cook for few minutes till complete, add cumin powder, water  and bring it to boil for few minutes
7.Finally add soaked rice chopped coriander, and garam masala powder 1 tbsp pudina leaves.
8. cook for some time and relocate into a plate, decorate with coriander ,serve hot.
