Mushroom Mint Pulao
Ingredients:
1.Mushrooms Diced
2.Pudina (Mint leaves)
3.Bay leaves
4.Whole garam masala
5.Cumin seeds
6.Fennel seeds
7.Cashew nuts
8.Onion chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Green chillies
Preparation:
1.Take a pot add some ghee and melt it,add bay leaves, ,cumin seeds,fennel seeds, whole garam masala cashew nuts and saute till cashews.
2.Add onion slices turn light golden color, add mushrooms and fry, add,green chillies,1 cup pudina leaves ,salt and fry for few minutes.
3.Add water as necessary for cooking rice and mix well,bring it to boil.Add soaked rice,cover and cook for few minutes on low flame.
4.After done quietly turn the rice upside down to cook the rice equally. serve up hot.
