Mushroom Manchurian Rice
Ingredients:
1.Mushrooms sliced 1 cup
2.Maida 2 Tbsp
3.Corn flour 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Food colour red
6.Basmati rice cooked 1 cup
7.Curry leaves
8.Green chillies 3
9.Dry red chillies 2
10.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
11.Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
12.Garlic cloves 1/2 tbsp
13.Spring onions 1/4 cup
14.Oil for deep frying
15.Ajinomoto
Preparation:
1.Take a bowl,corn flour,salt,mushrooms chopped and mix well.Add water and prepare like mirchi bajji beat.
2.Take a pot pour oil for deep frying, heat up it.
3.Add mushroom Manchurians to hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
4.Take another pot pour some oil, heat up it.
5.Add garlic cloves chopped ,curry leaves,dry red chillies green chillies and add deep fried mushroom manchurians into the mixture and give it a good mix.
6.Add onions chopped,cooked basmati rice,lemon juice,soya sauce, salt to taste and fry.
7.Add,coriander leaves and finally add a pinch of tasting salt and give it a final mix. relocate into bowl and decorate with spring onions. serve up hot.
