Munakkaya Biryani
Ingredients:
1.Soaked rice
2.Green chillies
3.Carrot chopped
4.Coriander leaves
5.Curry leaves
6.Turmeric powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Garam masala powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Whole garam masala powder
11.Oil
12.Pudina
13.Ghee
14.Cashew nuts
15.Ginger garlic paste
16.Onion chopped
17.Cumin seeds
18.Drum sticks
Preparation:
1.Take a pot add ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashews till golden and relocate into a bowl.
3.In the same add 2 tbsp oil,add cumin seeds 1 tbsp whole masala, fry till golden.
4.Add pinch of turmeric powder curry leaves green chillies ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp ,carrot pieces,drum stick pieces 2 big size, fry for few minutes.
5.Add,coriander leaves,pudina fry.
6Add red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1 tbsp
and mix well.
7.Add 2 cups of water,add salt to taste and bring it to boil.
8.Add soaked rice and give it a mix, cover and cook for mixture aside.
9.Transfer into a bowl, decorate to with, ashew nuts.Serve hot.
