Kandipappu Biryani


Ingredients:

1.Toor dal 1/2 cup
2.Rice 1 cup
3.Beans 1/4 cup
4.Potato 1
5.Carrot 1
6.Onion chopped 1
7.Cashew nuts 10 grams
8.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9.Green chillies 4
10.Ghee 3tbsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
13.Coriander leaves


Preparation:

1.Take a pot pour some ghee, and heat it,add onions(till to golden brown), cashew nuts green chillies, and saute for few minutes.
2.Add carrot,beans, potatoes and fry for few minutes till tender.
3.Add roasted garam masala powder,ginger garlic pieces,toor dal,rice and give it a excellent mix.
4.Add boiled water,salt to the pot, cover and cook till complete. relocate into a bowl and dish up hot.
