Kandiginjala Pulao
Ingredients:
1.Raw Red grams 1 cup boiled
2.Basmati rice 1 cup cooked
3.Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Green chillies slitted 3
6.Pudina leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.ghee 2 tbsp
9.Onion chopped 1
10.Ginger garlic pieces 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pot pour some ghee and heat it.add in onions(fry till to golden brown),green chillies and fry for few minutes.
2.Add whole garam masala,bay leaf and fry for few seconds.
3.Add ginger garlic pieces and mix well,fry for few minutes till raw smell gone
4.Add boiled kandulu,pudina leaves,salt and give it a good mix. lastly add cooked rice and mix well.Cook for few minutes and off the stove. relocate into a plate and dress up with pudina leaves. dish up hot.
