Ingredients:

1.Boiled Rice
2.Mixed Veggies boiled (Your choice)
3.Cashew nuts
4.Paneer
5.Coriander leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Raisins
8.Butter
9.Garam masala whole
10.Masala paste
11.Pepper corn
 
Preparation
:


1.liquefy some butter in a pot, add complete garam masala,cashew nut, raisins and saute till nice colour.
2.Add masala paste and fry for few minutes till raw aroma goes off.
3.Now add boiled mixed veggies,salt and toss well.Mix well and cooked rice till all masalas coat well the rice.
4.Once done relocate into a bowl, decorate with grated and fried paneer,coriander leaves. serve up hot.
