Dum Sabji Biryani

1.Beans chopped
2.Carrot pieces
3.Cauliflower pieces
4.Potato pieces
5.Green peas
6.Ghee
7.Oil
8.Saffron strands
9.Curd
10.Whole garam masala
11.Red chilli powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Green chillies
14.Garam masala powder
15.Coriander leaves
16.Pudina
17.Soaked rice
Preparation:
1.Take a pan add all above held vegetables, touch of garam masala powder,cumin crush, cardamom crush, red chilli powder,green chillies2,fried golden brown onions 2 tbsp,curd 3 tbsp,combine well all the ingredients regularly and rest away for few minutes.
2.Take another pot pour some water as we wanted, add whole garam masala and take it to boil.
3.Add awash basmati rice 1 bowl to boiling water and give it a whip, cover and cook.
4.Now put in marinated vegetable combination on top of rice, form a layer.
5.Take a level pan and place the rice pan on top, cover it and heat.
6.Cook for few minutes till complete, spray some saffron strand, add 1 tbsp ghee, and mix well.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves pudina leaves serve up warm.
