Ingredients:

1.Rice cooked
2.Dosakaya grated
3.Tempering seeds
4.Oil
5.Green chillies
6.Dry red chillies
7.Mustard powder
8.Peanuts
9.Inguva (Asofetida)
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Curry leaves
13.Chana dal
14.lemon juice

Preparation:
1 take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2 first add inguva,chana dal mustered urad dal  pea nuts fry till to golden brown
3 add dry red chillies add turmeric powder
4 add green chillies curry leaves fry few seconds
5.Take a bowl add cooked rice 1 bowl, 1/2 tbsp,oil 2 tbsp,mustard powder 1 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,dosakaya grated 1/2 cup 2tsp lemon juice blend well evenly in rice.
6.Off the stove and move into rice mixture and give it a fine mix, shift into a bowl, serve up warm.
