Coconut
Masala Rice
Ingredients:
1.Cooked
rice
2.Green
chillies
3.Pepper
corns
4.Cashew
nuts
5.Ghee
6.Curry
leaves
7.Tempering
seeds
8.Roasted
coconut powder
9.Salt to
taste
Preparation:
1.Take a
pan pour some ghee and melt it.
2.Add
tempering seeds,cashew nuts,curry leaves green chillies ,fry for a minute.
3.Add
roasted coconut powder 1 cup and mix well uniformly.
4.Add
powdered and roasted pepper powder 1 1/2 tbsp(curry leaves and pepper corns)
5.Add salt
to taste,cooked rice 1 bowl and give it a fine mix.Cook for few minutes on low
flame.Transfer into a bowl,Serve hot.
