Chicken Biryani Special
Ingredients:
1.Whole
garam masala
2.Bay
leaves

chilli powder1/4 tsp

masala powder (Biryani masala powder)

13.Basmati
rice
14.Ghee
15.Saffron

16.Lemon

Preparation:
1.Heat some
oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,onions fry golden brown,add
salt,turmeric,green chillies, ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw
flavor is all absent.
2.Add
tomatoes, red chili crush,garam masala crush and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Now add
chicken pudina, coriander leaves fry 5minutes,add 1 cup of
water and broaden the chicken, cook on low flame.
4. In the
meantime boil enough water by add some salt. Add soaked basmati rice and cook
till 75% done.
5.Add some
ghee on top of rice, liquid safron ,lemon juice. Now dum the biryani by
covering dough to lid.
6.Place on
hot tawa and cook on low flame till complete. Open the lid and serve hot.
