Arati Puvvu Pulihora

Ingredients:

1.Banana flower (Arati puvvu) cut into pieces 1 cup
2.Rice 1 cup cooked
3.Mustard  powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Dry red chillies 2
6.Green chillies 2
7.Curry leaves
8.Turmeric powder 1/3 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Tamarind pulp 2tbsp
11.Curd 1 glass
12.GingleOil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Initially banana flower pieces are dripping in curd for few minutes due to it attains black colour.
2.Take a pan pour some oil, add  inguva,  red chilies, tempering seeds and saute.
3.Add  chopped green chilies , curry leaves, turmeric powder and blend well.
4.Add banana flower pieces and fry for 2 minutes, add salt, tamarind pulp and mixing for about 2 minutes.
5.Add broiled rice,mustard powder and fry.
6. Transmission into a dish and serve hot..!!
